John Clair’s practice is concentrated in the areas of real estate; zoning, planning, and land use law; estate planning and probate; corporate law; and civil litigation.
Attorney Clair holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from Marquette University (1984), and a Juris Doctor degree from Marquette University (1987). He has been admitted to practice law in all states courts of Wisconsin, in the Eastern and Western Districts of the Federal Courts in the State of Wisconsin, as well as the Supreme Court of the United States of America.
Subsequent to being admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin in 1987, Mr. Clair received an appointment as a Special Agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. He was employed as a Special Agent of the FBI from 1987 – 1998 before joining Clair Law Offices, S.C. While serving as an FBI Special Agent, Mr. Clair was assigned to the FBI’s Los Angeles and Chicago field offices.
